I truly love my new Rolex, it's beautiful, and the salesperson, Tony Gross, was kind and knowledgeable. However, I can't shake the feeling that I was a sucker for not checking out other options. When I specifically asked about other Rolex distributors or the actual Rolex shop at Valley Fair mall for more selection, Tony claimed there weren’t any nearby or that they didn’t have much in stock. Later, I discovered Valley Fair had a large selection. A Rolex has to be 'The ONE,' and I believe a good salesperson should encourage a shopper to find the right one, not discourage exploring options. I felt I needed to leave this review and speak with customer service about this misleading advice.
